Welcome to CityDoc in Hitchin, Hertfordshire. 

We are proud to announce that Vaccination UK is now a CityDoc company. However,
please be rest assured that other than a name change, we are still providing the
quality healthcare services you have come to expect. 

Our highly trained specialist nurses provide travel vaccines and travel
healthcare advice along with sexual health screening, chicken pox, shingles,
meningitis and seasonal flu vaccines in the comfort of our private clinic.

Offering an extensive array of both travel and general vaccinations, Hitchin
Flagship Clinic caters to your diverse healthcare needs. From planning an
international trip to updating routine immunisations, our experienced medical
team provides top-notch care and guidance.  

Our Sexual Health, Blood Testing and other Health Services  

In addition to our core competency travel, we also offer sexual health
consultations, asymptomatic STD testing and STI screening and a range of health
screening and blood tests. 

Arriving by Public Transport 

Hitchin Station is served by Great Northern and Thameslink with frequent trains
between London, Brighton, Cambridge and Peterborough. The clinic is a 10-minute
walk from the station. Several bus lines stop at Hermitage Road and St Mary’s
Square near the clinic. 

Arriving by Car  

Follow the B656 into Hitchin town centre and turn onto Portmill Lane. There is a
large car park opposite the clinic. 

Wheelchair accessibility  

We have limited accessibility at the clinic as there is a step outside the front
door. We are happy to assist you to the best of our ability. 

Clinic offers 

We offer customised price plans for groups. Please select the correct number of
people when booking your appointment to ensure full consultations for everyone.
Our clinic staff will activate the price plan at your first appointment.  

Easy Payment Options  

We offer a variety of payment methods, including credit cards and NFC mobile
payments. Please be aware that we are a card-only clinic and don’t offer cash
payments.

This consultation will be conducted by one of our skilled travel nurses,
providing you with the opportunity to explore essential travel vaccinations,
recommended travel medications, and medical kits. Additionally, you can address
any health concerns you may have in connection to your upcoming travel
itinerary. 

Whether you’re making an online booking or opting for a walk-in visit, our team
at Hitchin Flagship Clinic is prepared to address all your vaccination needs
efficiently. Consultations are comprehensive, typically lasting around 20
minutes, with a base fee of £20 covering professional vaccine administration. We
prioritise having vaccines in stock, ensuring we can accommodate same-day
vaccination appointments.

Patients are required to pay a base fee of £20 at their appointment (£10 for
additional person), chargeable on your 1st appointment visit. This fee covers
your necessary face to face consultation, prior to any treatment being given and
does not form part of your treatment cost.
