We’ll discuss the roles of flow and iteration on creating effective systems. We’ll also examine different agile implementations involving methodologies like scrum and kanban and discuss ways to incrementally iterate on existing processes to create better outcomes. By exploring the whys behind lean principles, we can uncover opportunities to simplify our work and build better products. In her quest for knowledge, she has gotten her MBA from the University of Utah, is an avid reader, and an obsessive podcast listener.
