By leveraging the existing assets of the company, we put emphasis on a stronger
integration of our three divisional areas – AeroStructures, Insulation Products
and Overhaul Support Services. TIGHITCO offers six Centers of Excellence that
drive delivery and quality performance for our customers while both meeting
high-rate production demands and bespoke technical solutions. This enhances our
ability to satisfy customer needs and still be known as the low-cost
manufacturer where innovation and high value meet.

HIGHEST LEVELS OF QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE

Because our customers require the highest levels of quality and performance,

including AS9100 and ISO Certification along with NADCAP Certification in
Welding, Chemical Processing, Heat Treating and NonDestructive Testing.  Our MRO
facility is also an FAA/EASA Approved Repair Station

Since 1972, TIGHITCO has been a leader in the aerospace and defense industry.
With a prime focus on advanced composite structures, TIGHITCO has developed a
reputation as a key player in the industry. Our meticulous craftsmanship enables
us to achieve the high quality that the aerospace industry demands. We provide
full lifecycle support of our products from conceptual design development, to
testing and first part qualification/certification.

INSULATION PRODUCTS

To address the range of thermal requirements in the markets we serve, our
product selection delivers a choice of options including encapsulated metal,
sewn and molded insulation. Our innovative solutions meet our aerospace and
commercial customers’ heat shield, insulation, and fire protection requirements.
Our Insulation Products Group offers complete technical solutions that include
design and testing.

OVERHAUL SUPPORT SERVICES

OSS is an AS9110 aerospace facility and FAA and EASA certificated repair station
specializing in overhaul and repair supporting both military and commercial
aircraft. OSS provides MRO support using experienced aerospace technicians as
well as a strong supply chain capable of performing most industry standard
specialized processes.
