WELCOME TO THE IVIS 2025 HOMEPAGE!



Since its beginnings in 1998, the International Vacuum Insulation Symposium
(IVIS) has been a key event in the insulation community, especially for those
whose work is related with high performing vacuum based thermal insulation
systems. It draws people from all over the world, with a diverse group of people
such as academics, scientists, manufacturers, and end-users.



This year, the 17th IVIS will be hosted by Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL),
in the USA in Knoxville, Tennessee from September 10th-11th, 2025! ORNL, in
conjunction with Rincon Consulting, created this website for easy access to all
things IVIS related. Below you will find links for submitting abstracts,
important dates and deadlines, registration, and so much more!
