WELCOME TO HUDDLE!

At Huddle, our mission is to create a safe and empowering space where adolescent
girls can build lasting relationships, develop essential communication skills,
and cultivate the confidence needed to navigate life's challenges. Our workshops
meet in-person, so girls have face time together rather than FaceTime.




WHY HUDDLE?

Teens are spending less time together than ever, yet friendships and
relationships give teens a sense of value, belonging, and confidence. Huddle
Workshops are not therapy, but an opportunity for girls to build community at an
age when friendships and relationships can support their long term cognition,
mental health and academic performance.

At Huddle, we offer in-person, small group workshops that feature guided
discussions on topics that resonate with adolescent girls such as relationships,
social media, puberty, body image, nutrition, and skin care, to name a few.
