Whether you've broken down, have a flat tyre, flat battery or simply lost your
keys, you can count on us to get you back on the road safely. Buy a standalone

WHAT DOES ROADSIDE ASSIST INCLUDE?

FLAT BATTERIES

We'll jump-start your vehicle or supply, deliver and fit a new battery if you
need it. You'll just need to cover the cost of the replacement battery+



FLAT TYRES

If you have a flat tyre, we will arrange for it to be changed with your car's
serviceable spare wheel or transport the car to an approved tyre outlet



TOWING SERVICE

If the car cannot be mobilised on the roadside, we will tow the vehicle free of
charge to your preferred repairer up to 20km from the breakdown location or to
the nearest accredited repairer up to 100km from the breakdown location^


 * Lost keys
   Where the key has been lost or stolen, or has been locked inside the car, we
   will arrange for the spare key to be delivered or arrange to gain access to
   your car. The most we will pay for this service is $250, and this may need to
   be reimbursed at a later date.

 * Emergency fuel
   Running on empty? We’ll help provide enough fuel, a maximum of $10, to reach
   the nearest petrol station, or tow you to it if you drive a LPG-fuelled car

Roadside Assist includes assistance with minor automotive repairs, flat

CAN I RECEIVE IMMEDIATE ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE WITHOUT A MEMBERSHIP?

If you require immediate assistance and do not have an existing membership, you
can purchase Emergency Roadside Assist. The cost of the emergency product will
cover the cost of the urgent call-out fee and will also provide you with
coverage for the next year.




WHEN DOES MY ROADSIDE ASSIST MEMBERSHIP COME INTO EFFECT?

Our Standard Roadside Assist memberships take 48 hours to come into effect. If
you require immediate roadside assistance, you can purchase an emergency
product.

Comprehensive Car policy or as a standalone product. Benefits and eligibility
for coverage is subject to the Roadside Assist Terms and Conditions including
