SafeProud is an app that has been designed to aid companies in promoting OHS within their company and encourages staff members to be actively involved with compliance and safe working practices. SafeProud Portal Login GOODBYE PAPERWORK SafeProud is a quick, efficient, paperless and simple way of implementing the most commonly used OHS forms whilst managing the documentation and storage of these forms. Due to the simplicity of completing these forms on-site and the paperless documentation process associated with SafeProud, it encourages all staff within the business to be involved via the submission of these forms, thus ensuring a safe work environment for all with a culture of safety and compliance within your workforce. SAFEPROUD FEATURES: * Efficiently manages: Take Fives, Toolbox Meetings and High-Risk Work Permits, these forms are also customisable within the app’s Admin Portal. * The ability to have job-specific and client-specific SWMS uploaded so that all onsite staff can view and sign onto these SWMS via the app. * Photo management functionality enabling staff to document the progress of jobs and enabling all staff to view these photos from the app. * All forms completed via the app and photos taken via the app are uploaded to an admin portal accessible by approved members within your organisation to ensure records are kept for every job and easily accessible for audits and compliance.
