SUNNY AND SPACIOUS HOUSES AT BANBURY PARK

Choose between two or three bedrooms, single or double garages, and  enjoy
private outdoor areas with ample space between neighbours. Sizes range from
116m² to 230m² - each with walk-in wardrobes, a generous ensuite, tiled floor
entranceway and kitchen areas, plus French doors in both the living and dining
areas.





THE BUTLER SERVICED HOUSES

Choose  an extra level of service with The Butler at Banbury. Our serviced
houses come with a heightened level of convenience and comfort for residents.
Additional benefits include:





SERVICED APARTMENTS

Our planned facilities building will be at the heart of the village. It will
feature a bar, restaurant, movie theatre, bakery, cafe, wellness centre, gym,
heated indoor pool and spa, library, hair salon, and a number of serviced
apartments.

This state-of-the-art architect designed building will boast a range of
different apartment sizes and configurations while offering intermediate care
with various service package options available. Construction scheduled to
commence in 2024.

A nutritious and convenient main meal delivered to the door 5 days per week
(choice of dinner or lunch).

Weekly cleaning services to choose from a range of options.

Laundry taken care of once per week, with the option to use our linen; laundered
each week.
