(Toca Jrs or the Club) is an institution that fosters the physical and social development of its members through their participation in organized soccer leagues and sports related events. The Club was formed in 1996 and was incorporated in Maryland in 2007 as a 501(c)(iii) non-profit organization. Read More... OUR COMPLEX The Toca Juniors Soccer Complex is located at 3348 Big Woods Rd, Ijamsville, MD 21754, USA. Great location and 50 acres with an older farm house. The Frederick County Planning Commission unanimously approved the soccer complex in Urbana, with plans to build four fields and other amenities. The complex along Big Woods Road will have a combination of turf and natural grass fields, along with four open air pavilions, restrooms, and a maintenance and storage building, among other amenities.
