Steve Landis and his assistant, Tatia made my home buying process a breeze. I
had no idea what I was doing or even what I was getting myself in to. I had
spoken with a few other people and was a bit weary on how my questions were
being answered. Steve was a recommendation to myself from a loyal customer at my
job and he did not disappoint. One of my favorite things about Steve, was that
he'd reach out every few weeks or so to see how I was doing, to answer any
questions that came to my head as I was going through the process and to update
me on any changes to the market. There were so many things that I had no idea
about when buying, but I've learned, from working with him and his team. I'm

I had no idea what I was doing when I first got into buying a home. I talked to
a few lenders and things seemed a bit off from my point of view. I was
recommended to Steve from a loyal customer at my job and he did not disappoint.
When I first came into contact with him, I was a bit weary because of a few
other lenders I had spoken too. However, I became quickly comfortable with
Steve. One of my favorite things about him, is he would reach out every few
weeks or so and check in to see where I was at, to tell me new things that has
happened in the market, and to answer any other questions that might have come
through my brain during the process. He was more than helpful for a first time
home buyer for sure. I'd use Steve again and recommend him to anyone in the
future who is trying to get a home. His assistant, Tatia, was also more than
helpful when Steve wasn't available or when the paperwork process was happening.
She'd reach out via phone and email to make sure that we were always in contact.
I learned so many things that I didn't know anything about when purchasing a
home. Him and his assistant made my home buying process very easy and I couldn't
be happier with the team, I myself, was recommended too. Thank you again for
answering all my questions and always keeping in contact to make sure things
were going smoothly.

Thank Lisa! Yes, re-underwrite pre-approved loans as soon as an offer is
accepted and often the a waiver of appraisal. And, where historically 30 day
closes were the norm, our team works to make 14-21 day closes the new norm...and
sellers love it.
