27TH ANNUAL D.I.C.E. AWARDS FINALISTS REVEALED

VOTING FOR MEMBERS NOW OPEN

The Academy of Interactive Arts & Sciences (AIAS) is pleased to announce the
nominees for its 27th Annual D.I.C.E. Awards (#DICEAwards), the video game
industry’s premier, peer-juried awards show co-hosted by Greg Miller (Kinda
Funny Games) and Stella Chung (IGN). The winners will be revealed at the 27th
Annual D.I.C.E. Awards ceremony, the culmination of the week-long industry
gathering at the 2024 D.I.C.E. Summit (#DICE2024) that will be livestreamed by
our official media partner, IGN, on Thursday, Feb. 15 from the Aria Resort in
Las Vegas.

Voting for the 27th Annual D.I.C.E. Awards is now open for members of the
Academy of Interactive Arts & Sciences. Ballots close Wednesday, January 17,
2024. Members will receive communication directly from the AIAS via the
certified voting system hosted by eBallot with their voting credentials. To

D.I.C.E. SUMMIT REGISTRATION NOW OPEN

SIGN UP NOW FOR THE PREMIER VIDEO GAME NETWORKING EVENT

Registration for the 2024 D.I.C.E. Summit (#DICE2024) is now open. The premier
video game networking conference returns to Las Vegas from Tuesday, February
13th through Thursday, February 15th at the Aria Resort.

This year’s D.I.C.E. theme will explore the idea, Game Changers. Highlighting
the transformative impact of both people and technology in shaping the gaming
industry, Game Changers will explore how human creativity, innovation, and
cutting-edge technological advancements drive immersive and engaging
experiences, pushing the boundaries of interactive entertainment. The D.I.C.E.
Summit will bring together game makers to discuss and showcase game-changing
ideas, technologies, and collaborations that have shaped the past and present
and how we will continue to drive the future of interactive entertainment.

GAME MAKER'S SKETCHBOOK SUBMISSIONS NOW OPEN

DEADLINE TO ENTER IS JANUARY 12, 2024

The Academy of Interactive Arts & Sciences (AIAS), iam8bit, and fortyseven (47)
communications are excited to announce that submissions have opened for its 3rd
annual Game Maker’s Sketchbook, which promotes and honors a broad spectrum of
art by specific artists in video games and raises funds for the AIAS Foundation,
the charitable arm of the Academy.

The arts showcase will collect submissions in the categories of Storyboard,
Environment Art, Character Art, Iconography, Curiosities, and Impact.
Submissions will be open from Nov. 8, 2023 – Jan. 12, 2024. The selections will
be announced in March 2024 and showcased at the 2024 Game Developers Conference.
