     TRAIN YOUR STAFF TO BE FRIENDLY AND RESPECTFUL WITH THE GUESTS NEEDS
     
     Your receptionists should know how to deal with the complaints and guests
     needs and how to reply back to them and solve the issue not throwing the
     blame on their colleagues on the earlier shift.. and not to bring all the
     staff and the security personnel to the front and make a scene at the
     lobby..
     maintain your services like the AC and have a 24/7 maintenance crew on
     site, especially with the upcoming hot summer season and the travellers
     coming from all over the world and especially not offer them a fan because
     it will not reduce the temperature in the room if the AC blows hot air

     The check in personnel are competent and amazing. The rooms are wonderful
     and modern. The hotel is kept immaculately clean, and I felt incredibly

     GREAT ROOM AND HOTEL STAFF, POOR SPA AND FACILITIES.
     
     Spa poorly managed, they don’t have padlocks with an excuse that other
     guests walked away with those. Which is just a proof of poor management. If
     they had somebody in the reception checkin and out their guests they would
     have taken a better care. Furthermore the pool is a trap. Not a pool but
     more a bath tube.

     We had a wonderful perfect stay at Westin Grand Frankfurt Hotel. We were
     absolutely impressed by the cleanliness and interior design of the hotel,
     as well as the fabulous service of the reception staff. They are all very
     helpful and absolutely spot on in answering any questions you may have and
     offering particular insights in some tourist spots around Frankfurt!
     Absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone who is planning to travel to
     Frankfurt and planning to stay there for a couple of days or so! Perfect

     We stayed at The Westin for three nights and had a wonderful time. Very
     clean and well appointed room, friendly staff and a perfect location. Just
     outside the main shopping area with lots of shops and restaurants around
