Event Ice is a proud part of the Greenawalt Hospitality group. An Event
Management Solution firm dedicated to finding solutions for events and business
services.

Event Ice provides Ice, Portable Freezer Rentals, and Refrigerated Truck Rentals
as temporary storage for event use, seasonal use, or emergency short-term
storage. Mobile refrigerated trailers may be the perfect solution for that big
event.

We offer daily, weekly, and monthly rate rentals.

EVENT SERVICES

waterproof commercial temperature-controlled mobile units range in size from
12-foot refrigerated trailers to 22-foot refrigerated trucks—each one capable of
holding temperatures from 0° to 50° degrees. You can turn to Event Ice to fill
all of your temporary refrigeration needs.

ICE SERVICES

We offer 20 lb bags of ice up to and including refrigerated trailers with
pallets of ice. From last-minute calls and emergency needs to ice deliveries on

waterproof commercial temperature-controlled mobile units range in size from
12-foot refrigerated trailers to 24-foot refrigerated trucks—each one capable of
holding temperatures from 0 to 50 degrees. Our trucks and trailers can transport
your refrigerated items wherever your event or business takes you.

EMERGENCY REFRIGERATION

We understand how crucial refrigeration and freezer storage is for
temperature-sensitive products and perishable items.

With the potential for thousands of dollars in products and productivity lost
every day due to failed refrigeration or freezer systems, emergency and

DISASTER RELIEF

Packaged Ice & Reliable Refrigeration/Freezer Storage has become a necessity
during the time of these disasters due to the unavailability of clean water and
electrical supplies. While providing cool comfort and relief, packaged ice is
often a critical part of recovery efforts.

Following a natural disaster or emergency, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers
manages the procurement of critical commodities, like packaged ice and bottled
water, along with the Federal Emergency Management Association (FEMA), the
Salvation Army, and the Red Cross as part of the federal government’s unified
national response.

Some states are very much involved in the supply chain process of delivering
emergency ice in addition to the Army Corps, FEMA, your local EMA, and other
disaster relief organizations.
