DAWN WHITWORTH People Development Manager Supporting and delivering a mix of formal training, self-learning, coaching and the Management Apprenticeship, Dawn ensures whatever needs and ambitions our colleagues have, they are supported. KEVIN GREEN Operations Director Kevin began his career over 30 years go as a commis chef. Since then, he’s gained experience and knowledge in all areas of business in the Education sector. Kevin is passionate about people, food and delivering a quality catering service. LOUISE GOODALL Head of Nutrition Louise brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Academy, ensuring our sites deliver excellent quality and nutritious food. Providing support, training and advice, Louise ensures our food tastes great, while still being nutritious. MARTYN STOCKWIN Business Director From the kitchen to the board room, Martyn’s experience in catering spans over 20 years.
