This is scheduled during weekend so that we can ensure a smooth transition and
business impact would be minimal.

We will be using this window period to move our PAL infrastructure to Azure
cloud solution as part of hardware upgrade targeting to improve the performance,
security and maintenance of PAL.

During this maintenance window, the PAL application and all its services will be
inaccessible.
