CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST (PART TIME) AT PROPELUS


PAY: STARTING AT $18 PER HOUR

• Type: Remote, Part-Time, 1099 Contract

• Schedule: 25-30 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 8am-8pm Eastern Time

• Summary: Propelus is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to assist licensed
professionals in tracking their continuing education for license renewal. You
will provide customer support through live chat, email, and phone, ensuring
seamless and delightful interactions. This position allows flexibility to work
from home with weekends and holidays off.

• Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries, educate customers about Propelus
products, provide feedback to internal teams, and create internal documentation.

• Requirements:

 * 2+ years of contact center experience handling live chat, email, and phone
   support
 * Fluency in English (Spanish skills preferred)
 * Strong communication skills and attention to detail
 * Functional computer knowledge and troubleshooting ability
 * Associate degree or higher (preferred)
 * Quiet workspace and personal computer setup with high-speed internet



• Technology Must-Haves: Reliable internet (minimum 25 Mbps download, 3 Mbps
upload), headset, laptop or desktop.

• Technology Nice-to-Haves: Second monitor, noise-cancelling headset.
