πΊπΈ English (US) Dual Luxury Leisure Sales Manager- Remote Hyatt Hotels - Jobs π US π Full-time 20 days ago Description -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The Luxury Leisure Sales Manager is a shared roled between Park Hyatt St. Kitts and Andaz Mayakoba and will have defined goals with a strong focus on market share, revenue and ADR growth, and development of accounts from Luxury Agencies and Consortia in the United States and Canada. This position will be responsible for account management, developing strategic account plans, communicating brand differentiation through brand programs, agency events, roadshows, tradeshows, B2B marketing and other sales activity. Position will also align to the Global Luxury & Consortia team and support global team members as needed. Will be responsible for Luxury Agency penetration in North America and will have significant interaction with members of luxury consortia. This role will support cross-functional teams within Hyatt and assist in the development and implementation of Hyatt's Travel Agency program. The position will be responsible for managing travel expenses within the set budget and will travel as required for agency visits, account reviews, trade shows, meetings and familiarization trips throughout the year. This individual will be responsible for achieving quarterly quota with annual targets and metrics. Main Responsibilities β’ Sales Calls / Revenue & Market share growth. β’ Implement strategy plan for portfolio of Accounts in order to meet/or exceed revenue/market share goals for Luxury Agencies in North America and Canada. β’ Business travel to Account portfolio, QBR's, Tradeshows, Sales Calls and Fam Trips. β’ Orchestration of account plans and collaborating with other Directors & Manager/Coordinator to drive production and revenue to both group and Agency transient segments. β’ Able to work independently and makes decisions based on established policies and procedures. β’ Champions new and need hotels, with structured Action Plan as a lead with other Directors to ensure hotel is on track to receive its desired RMSI goals. β’ Supports/leads/coordinates tradeshows, events, appreciation events, brand initiatives, travel agency program and other sales tactics. Collaborates with the Hyatt Sales Force and other business functions to successfully implement these activities β’ Communicates and promotes Hyatt's brand differentiation and brand essence to the market. β’ Actively research from Account portfolio B2B opportunities in driving revenue, brand awareness and total account management from North America market for our hotels/resorts and brands globally β’ Provide feedback to VP Global Luxury & Consortia and RVP Luxury Sales NA on market conditions, forecasts and recommendations. β’ Demonstrate a commitment to Hyatt core values. β’ The position responsibilities outlined above are in no way to be construed as all encompassing. Education: β’ 4 year degree preferred and 5 years hotel sales experience β’ Fluent in English Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: β’ N/A Computer Skills Needed to Perform this Job: β’ Strong knowledge and command of Envision (CRM), Lanyon (RFPs), where applicable β’ Proficient in Social Media, Excel, Word.
