2. Riders will receive a text message¹ and automated call with the expected time
of arrival and driver information on the day of their ride.

Providers can also monitor rides for Medicaid patients going to and from their
facilities with our unique private portal.

BE READY TO GO

Drivers will make every effort to arrive on time and assure you reach your
appointment on time. Expect a confirmation call and a text from the driver so
you know when to expect them.


CAN’T FIND THE DRIVER?

Take a moment to look around you. The driver may be just across the street.
Please be careful when crossing the road. If you need to confirm your pickup,
feel free to give the driver a call. If you're having trouble locating the

CHECK THE RIDE, EVERY TIME



   For your safety and peace of mind:
 * Look for the Agape sign in the vehicle's windows.
 * Ensure the driver's TLC ID is visible inside the vehicle.
 * Use the trip details text and tracking link to confirm the vehicle's
   identity.
 * Check that the vehicle's license plate starts with "T" (only applicable in
   New York City) .




LOOK AROUND FOR BELONGINGS

Before departing, riders should make sure their vehicles are empty of all of
their stuff. If an item is left behind, simply contact our office at (718)

 * Yes! Agape is available throughout New York City, Westchester county, Long
   Island, and beyond; 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Can I use Agape for non-medicaid patients?

Providers can utilize Agape to request and pay for rides that are not covered by
Medicaid. Contact our team to learn more about how Agape’s private accounts team
can be of service.
