The new Marvel Cinematic Universe film introduces Namor (Tenoch Huerta) and his
underwater kingdom, the Aztec city of Talokan. However, threats await the
well-guarded kingdom, and this time, it’s not only from nations above land but
under the sea as well.

With Queen Ramonda on the throne again and Shuri ensuring that the kingdom is
protected, Wakanda was getting back on its feet sans the King. Although the
scene is merely a few minutes, it is the feeling that Chadwick was slowly
helping the franchise to move on even though he wasn’t there in every frame that
remains throughout the film.īlack Panther: Wakanda Forever revolves around the
aftermath of King T’Challa aka Chadwick Boseman’s death. The Queen mother
informs her that when she sat down to mourn her beloved son’s sudden passing,
she felt T’Challa’s presence around her, holding her shoulder, gently reminding
her that he is around and nudging her enough to move forward. There is a scene
in the first half of Black Panther: Wakanda Forever where Queen Ramonda (played
by Angela Bassett) sits Shuri (Letitia Wright) down in an attempt to help her

person wins, it is Gods doing to show he is innocent. Someone accused of a
crime, or other misbehaviour, fights the accuser in single combat. The oldest
type of duel is the duel judiciaire, which was already practised by the ancient
Germans. Even Louis XIV, who ruled absolut, did not manage to end the
tradition.ĭuelling is a very old practice, but it’s purpose varied over the
centuries. Several French Kings tried, with the harshest punishments, to erase
duels from the landscape and they all failed. Duelling was indeed forbidden, but
that did not stop duels from happening. but wasn’t duelling actually forbidden?

Usually with many theatrics, glove throwing, glove slapping, and brave
challenging of stronger opponents…. If you watch a history movie or series set

WINCHESTER MODEL 100

The 'Operating Slide Guide' on the bolt operator side has broken to the rear of
the bolt. The results have been positive but, I'd like some 'professional input'
on a permanent solution.Ī new problem with this rifle has surfaced. I had
thought about using a pressure bedding at this point but, I really wanted the
barrel to free float.

What would you recommend for the best fix? I've pretty much decided that I will
use the Devcon 10110 plastic steel epoxy and set the dove tail with a center
punch and hammer. I contacted a local gunsmith about welding the forend stud
and, he recommended silver solder. The rifle belonged to his Grandfather (his
namesake) so, he is really wanting to kill a deer with this thing.

I feel that we can improve this and increase consistency by having the forend
stud welded in place. We've gone from a 2.5" - 3" three shot groups at 100 yards
to a legitimate 1 - 1/2" group with 180 grain Hornady Factory Ammo. All of this
has helped the accuracy considerably.

I also free floated the barrel on the rifle and used some 5 minute epoxy
(temporary fix) the forend stud in place to keep the barrel from sliding side to
side in the dove tail.

I have done a pillar and bedding job on the forend and I bedded the recoil lug.
The barrel's forend stud is 'dove tailed' into the barrel on this rifle. My
son-in-law has a Winchester Model 100 in. I have a question for the gunsmiths
out there.
