STARTING POINT

caused a huge housing demand explosion. The supply-related problems that emerged

banking sector was requested to create new liquidity sources to support housing
production. Obstacles in the real estate sector were identified. The idea phase
has begun to find solutions to these obstacles.

FIND SOLUTIONS FOR REAL ESTATE SECTORS

The road map was planned to find solutions to the problems of the real estate
sector. It was planned that they will come together on a technology platform to
solve the problems that are managed in housing production and consumption with
technology support. (The initial idea phase of product development has been
completed.) The basic design of Web2 models was made. Company procedures have
been completed to move to the 2nd stage.

BASIC DESIGN OF WEB3 MODELS WAS DONE.

Increasing real estate prices all over the world and the rapid decline in
purchasing power have led to the emergence of a new method for real estate
investment: Real estate shareholding (The second idea phase of product
development has been completed.) The basic design of Web3 models was made. It
was decided to produce Non-Fungible Tokens and Semi-Fungible Tokens for real

CITYFUND WAS CREATED TO MEET TOKENIZATION NEEDS.

tokenization needs. It was decided to design urban piggy banks for investment in
cities.
