LEADERSHIP TEAM

Black Boys Leadership Alliance For Change (B-BLAC) is a collective of minority
leaders and innovators providing support through strategic programming for
underrepresented young men and boys of color.

Jevone Andy is an immigrant with a burning passion for theatre and social
justice fueled by an unwavering commitment to his community. The soon-to-be
Psychologist firmly believes in initiatives that create equitable opportunities
for people of color, and takes pride in advocating for and creating spaces that
encourage achievement and empowerment for men of color. Through B-BLAC, Andy
hopes to develop strategies and programs that promote holistic, professional,
economic, social, and political development for men of color. Jevone believes in
promoting civic engagement and community innovation to advance the lives of
people of color. He is an avid reader and an ambivert who finds joy where there
is love, passion, and desire. Jevone lives in Kew Gardens, New York, but often
laments that his heart is in Brooklyn.
