WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT AT EXPERIENCE

The same way we have to practice before getting a driver's license, corporate
learning should follow a similar approach: safe places to apply skills so we can
grow. We also know experiences are the best way to learn and retain knowledge,
yet we often leave our workforce to courses, articles and videos.
