“ This place is straight garbage. I went to get a car with my girl. We didn’t
get it at first but they kept calling so we went back and got it. It took about
6 months for them to figure out the auto payment. The bank was saying it was
sent but they were saying it didn’t. Fix your computers. Then we had free check
up or something. Why they said we had to pay a monthly fee for it after we got

“ Went for tire replace because got nail In and it was morning 8:30. They said
come with appointment. I said I didn't know that I will get flat tire
today.Worst service and full of attitude In service area.When I said I can't

“ They did not fix my. I went there at 8.29am spend 4 hours and at 11.30 I ask
my turn. The mechanics came, I told them the noise coming from down of the car.
After checking they gave me letter they said my car is ok. They did not drive my
car. I told them again, noise coming. And they did not fix they are blaming
tires. They are saying it’s manufacture problem Very bad experience we spend 50k
on car it’s brand new and they did not fix. We have no option except filing

with minimum mileage. In 2022, I took my vehicle for an oil change and my mat
for the back seat went missing. In 2023, in another incident, I took my car for

“ Absolutely disgusting service from Stephanie Rivera, Assistant service
manager. Came in for a simple tire rotation and left 2 hours after with NO
service done. Instead, she THREW my keys on the floor and broke them without any
regard while their dealership STOLE my floor mats. On multiple occasions with
many customers including myself, this "manager" wasted our time while her
employees are smoking vapes on their phones. Appalling behavior must be
addressed accordingly. ”
