WHAT IS CUSTOMERHUB?


CustomerHub is a SaaS app that makes it easy to publish beautiful and
professional online courses, memberships, and other digital products.
CustomerHub automatically creates a secure website login and all of the other
assets you need to sell and deliver your digital products online.

HOW MUCH DOES CUSTOMERHUB COST?


Our introductory launch rate of $79/mo is available for a limited time. Users of
our CustomerHub Classic product will be eligible to migrate at this rate
indefinitely.


DO I NEED A KEAP ACCOUNT TO USE CUSTOMERHUB NEXT?


No. While we will continue to offer an industry-leading integration with Keap it
will no longer be required. CustomerHub may be used as a standalone or with a
variety of other applications via our new connector framework.


CAN I CONTINUE TO USE MY CUSTOMERHUB CLASSIC APPLICATION?


Of course! CustomerHub Classic users may use the classic app for as long as
desired. We will continue maintain the software in order to ensure a secure and
high-performing experience. CustomerHub Classic users can migrate to the new
CustomerHub platform if and when they desire.


CAN I USE A CUSTOM DOMAIN WITH MY CUSTOMERHUB APPLICATION?


Yes, we will be adding custom domain functionality to the new platform in the
near future. Please join our mailing list here to stay informed regarding
upcoming news, announcements, and product updates.


HOW IS CUSTOMERHUB DIFFERENT FROM KAJABI?

Kajabi is a broad solution designed to run an entire online business. As such,
Kajabi requires users to replace a handful of existing solutions in order to get
full value out of the software. By contrast, CustomerHub is a much more
affordable and targeted solution to publish your digital products in a way that
works seamlessly with your existing apps and tools rather than attempting to
replace them.


HOW IS CUSTOMERHUB DIFFERENT FROM MEMBERIUM OR ACCESS ALLY?


Memberium and Access Ally are WordPress plugins. While these integrations afford
some benefits to WordPress users, they are too technical for most business
owners to implement and maintain on their own and are often hampered by
reliability and performance issues given their reliance on WordPress. By
contrast, CustomerHub makes all of the technology a snap and is optimized for
performance and reliability out-of-the-box, allowing you to eliminate overhead
and grow your business with confidence.


WHAT IS YOUR BILLING POLICY?


CustomerHub Next is a subscription-based product. After the free trial period,
you may continue using the software by upgrading to a paid subscription. You can
cancel at anytime via the Account page in the app. Any incurred subscription
