Walsh & Monaghan Pty Ltd was first established in 1923 by South Coast residents,
Ulrick Walsh and Stan Monaghan. Initially operating as a real estate and
property valuing agency, it was housed in these early years above the historic
Walsh’s Mitre 10 building on Nowra’s iconic main street.
