suitable for you. And you won’t be able to change the term, type or any other
aspect of your mortgage.

can also apply online as a guest  – but it’ll take longer to secure your new

Most of our mortgages can be quickly switched using one of the options we’ve
listed. For some of our mortgages, we’ll need to have a chat with you before we
can switch the rate. Book an appointment if you have one of the following

   charge.

If you’re looking for a new rate, it’s much quicker to check the rates we have
available, and apply for one using your app.

If you’ve checked our rates, are ready to apply and need advice, book an
appointment with a mortgage adviser. Appointments can take up to an hour.

If you don’t need advice, you should switch your rate in the Barclays app – it’s
quicker and easier.


If you’re unable to do so, we also offer a postal application service which you
can start online. However, you’ll have to wait for paperwork and post it back to
us3.

This can be done up to 180 days before your current rate ends but may take up to
20 days to be processed.

   If you’d like to switch several mortgages secured against one property,
   you'll need to complete application forms for each one. If you submit more
   than one mortgage account request in a day, we’ll charge one fee for
   processing all of them, which will be the highest product fee.
   
   
   If part of the mortgage you’re switching is interest only, you’ll need to
   switch in our app or book an appointment with a mortgage adviser.
   
   
   To see an example of what your monthly mortgage payments could be, enter your
