How do I access Amazon Photos?
You can access your photos and videos through the Amazon Photos mobile app (iOS
and Android), web app, or desktop app.

Is Amazon Photos really unlimited?
As a Prime member, you get unlimited photo storage and 5 GB for video. Looking
for more video storage? Storage plans start at $1.99/month.
What happens to my photos if I leave Amazon Prime?
If you cancel your Amazon Prime membership, or allow it to expire, you’ll still
retain the 5 GB combined photos and video storage offered to all Amazon
customers. Learn more about Amazon storage limits and what happens if you exceed

How is Amazon Photos secured?
Amazon Photos provides online storage. Safekeeping your photos and videos in the
cloud keeps them secure, even if your devices (and the pictures in them) are
lost or destroyed. Once you turn on Auto-Save in Settings, your photos are
automatically saved to your Amazon Photos account. Learn more about Amazon

Who can see my photos?
Because your photos and videos are encrypted, you (and those you share your
password with) are the only ones who can view your photos on Amazon Photos.
Does Amazon Photos automatically sync?
Amazon Photos does not automatically sync. You can choose to manually select
which photos you want to upload to your account, or enable Auto-Save in Settings
to ensure that every photo you take is automatically backed up.
How do I stop photos from syncing to Amazon Photos?
Stop photos from automatically syncing to your Amazon Photos account by going to
Settings. Once there, make sure that the toggle for Auto-Save is turned off. You
can enable it again at any time.
What's the difference between Amazon Drive and Amazon Photos?
Whereas Amazon Photos displays your pictures, Amazon Drive stores music files,
Word documents, PDFs, and more, much like an asset management platform. Learn

How do I transfer my photos from an online storage service provider?
You can easily transfer your photos and videos stored on your current online
storage service provider to Amazon Photos. Learn more here.
Can I get more storage?
All Amazon customers have 5 GB of photo and video storage. With storage plans
starting as low as $1.99/month, you can secure more photos and videos while also
freeing up space on your mobile phone. You can pay as you go and cancel anytime.
How can I view Amazon Photos on my Echo Show and Fire TV?
You can ask Alexa to help you, or manually set up your Echo Show or Fire TV to
show your photo memories. Learn more about personalizing your devices here.
Does Amazon Photos provide customer support?
Yes. Amazon ensures that you have access to customer support 24/7.
