LIBRARY STATUS: CHILDREN’S DEPARTMENT CLOSED – 12 PM (7/17/2023)

WE ARE NOW IN A PHASE OF CONSTRUCTION THAT PRESENTS OCCASIONAL CHALLENGES TO OUR
COOLING SYSTEMS ON HOT SUMMER DAYS. CERTAIN DEPARTMENTS OR THE ENTIRE LIBRARY
MAY NEED TO CLOSE EARLY DUE TO EXCESSIVE HEAT IN THE BUILDING. OUR CHILDREN’S
DEPARTMENT IS PARTICULARLY SUSCEPTIBLE TO EARLY CLOSURES. ALL CLOSURES WILL BE
POSTED ON OUR WEBSITE AT SEWICKLEYLIBRARY.ORG; BUT IF IN DOUBT, PLEASE CALL
