Zen meditation is a type of meditation that involves releasing all thoughts-good
or bad.

This can be a frustrating practice at first, but it will get easier. This
mediation style is perfect for improving your ability to control your negative
thoughts or spiraling thoughts.

1️⃣ Find a comfortable spot and sit down with your legs crossed

2️⃣ Once you have settled in, place your hands on your knees with your palms
facing up

3️⃣ Now just sit and allow yourself to be, do not focus on anything, and resist

4️⃣ If a thought continues to arise stay objective and nonjudgemental. Do not

There is nothing selfish about working on yourself. There is no shame in putting

the idea that something is wrong with you and you have to put this effort into
making it right. This puts a ton of pressure on you to get to the promise land

Working on yourself is an everyday necessity that will require different levels,
approaches and strategies depending on where you are. The hard truth is there is
