I have leased many cars thru Bill Brown. My current lease had a battery that was
dying by the day. The lease also needed an oil change, tire rotation, and recall
looked at. I made the soonest available appointment in about 2 weeks. However
today I could see my battery wasn't going to last that long. I called and spoke
with Shirley. She arranged to have my car picked up at my work. Within 30 mins
of arrival at the station I had a work order. I was hoping just for the battery
to be handled and I'd gladly come back in 2 weeks for the other items. Nope, my
service advisor, Joe, made sure everything was addressed and I had my car back
in 3 hours! From the phone call, to the gentlemen who picked up my car, to the
service advisor, mechanic, and porter, all was top notch. I can't thank them
enough.
