CORPORATE MARATHON RELAY

COLORADO’S LARGEST CORPORATE RUNNING EVENT!

What’s better than running 26.2 miles through the Mile High City?  Sharing the
miles with co-workers!  Get teams of five employees each to run Denver’s only
26.2 mile Marathon Relay – and Colorado’s largest Corporate Race.  See the great
sites of the Mile High City on each leg – from Empower Field at Mile High to the
Confluence, Sloan’s Lake, downtown, or the neighborhoods around Colfax – which
one will you run?  The ultimate team-building experience.

You register your team(s) in your industry – and if your team is fast you could
even win bragging rights, awards and money for charity!

HOW TO PURCHASE ENTRIES AND GET ORGANIZED!

HR DIRECTORS – You can buy multiple registrations all at once for your employees
and teams.  And, if your company has FOUR or more relay teams, you can have a
company party at the Finish Line – information will be emailed to team captains
of qualifying teams in late April or early May.

TEAM CAPTAINS – You can register your team, and enter the runners’ names later!
Your 5-person team can be coed, male, or female

VIDEO AND VIRTUAL PHOTO TOUR

the course!

GREAT MEDAL, SHIRTS, AND GIFTS!

Great schwag for you!  Yes, terrific tech shirts and medals!  The 2025 medals
and shirts will be revealed this winter.  Pictured above is the 2024 medal,
details are at 2024 medal and 2024 race shirt.

And there is more!  Mini medallions, car decals, free runner photos, and runner
tracking.  And, the awesome festival in City Park with food and beverage
lakeside in City Park.

BRAGGING RIGHTS BY INDUSTRY

Compete in your industry for bragging rights and awards.  For the Corporate
Division, winners are selected by industry (1st, 2nd, 3rd).  Earn bragging
rights as well as money for charity!  If your team wins, you get to stand on
stage and hand a giant check to your charity.

Our planned industries for this year are Accounting, Construction/Engineering,
Consumer Services/Products, Energy/Environment/Geology, Financial Services,
Healthcare, Hospitality, Legal, Manufacturing, Nonprofit (non-healthcare),
Professional Services/Products, and Technology/Telecom/Broadcasting. Industries
may change based on participation.

Check out the 2024 Corporate Industry winners.  Please note, we will recognize
female teams Overall (as the industry awards are not by gender).

WIN MONEY FOR CHARITY

Not only do you receive bragging right but you win money for charity as well!

Compete for more than $150,000 in awards for charity – 60 top teams  designate
one of our eligible Charity Partners as a recipient (Charity Partners must have
20+ runners to be eligible). Company matches are encouraged and will be
acknowledged at the awards celebration.  Check out the 2024 winners in
Corporate.  Times are based on chip time.  Corporate teams must have a total of
5 runners, with at least 3 employees, and any non-employees must be immediate
family members.

RUN FOR A NON-PROFIT

Run for one of the largest Charity Partner programs in the country!  125-150
charities participate each year.  Choose a charity to run for when you register,
and they will contact you.

PACKET PICK UP & RACE DAY LOGISTICS

Relay Team Packet Pick Up Friday and Saturday before the race at the Cigna
Denver Colfax Marathon Expo.  No Race Day Packet Pick Up.  Detailed race day
logistics for each Relay Leg and RELAY TEAM INSTRUCTIONS will be posted early
May.  And, the Relay Zone at the expo will have experts to answer last-minute
questions.
