and is profitable, which is why we decided to expand our activities to the UAE.

We bought two apartments for our own in Dubai

Our services are not only based on educational materials, but on our real
experience. We bought two apartments in Dubai ourselves. The first one we run as
a hotel through Airbnb and Booking.com for the second tourist season. The other
apartment is under construction.

Experience with short-term rentals (hotel management)

You can own the most luxurious apartment in a great location, but if you put it
in the wrong hands, it will earn you less than it could. We have years of
experience with hotel management that we apply to your property. Our proven
strategy works anywhere in the world, and we have tested it on our Dubai
apartment. Better management = higher return on investment. Don’t underestimate
your choice of agency, it is a crucial step.

Management of your future property

We will take care of your new apartment completely. We will arrange the accounts
on the hotel portals that you will have access to. This way you will see all
incoming bookings. We will send you your earnings every month.

Developer and project selection

Big agencies don’t care what kind of project they will offer you, as long as it
is as expensive as possible because of the high commission from the developer.
After the purchase they will not care about you. However, our cooperation starts
with the purchase of the apartment and continues with the management of the
apartment. For this reason we try to offer you only verified developers. In
particular, we do not only offer luxury projects, but also affordable
investments for the ordinary middle-class citizen.

No worries, we will handle everything for you

We have handled everything necessary ourselves and we will pass on our
experience to you. You will save a lot of time, nerves and money. We will
register the property to gas, electricity and water suppliers, do the technical
inspection, hand over the apartment and equip it, arrange all the permits and
license for hotel management.

WE MADE OUR DREAM COME TRUE AND BOUGHT AN APARTMENT IN DUBAI

Investing in Europe didn't make sense for us because of the high prices. After
much thought about which country to invest in, we decided on Dubai.

And this is what our apartment on the 26th floor of a luxury high-rise looks
like. Our guests have access to a heated swimming pool, gym, jogging track,
playground, restaurant and supermarket.

We have completed our first year of hotel management and the apartment has
earned us 10.16% ROI after deducting all expenses (net) without counting the
increase in the apartment price.




HOW WILL OUR COOPERATION LOOK LIKE?

First contact

Feel free to contact us, everything is non-binding and FREE.

You do not pay us any commission. Our work is paid directly by the developer
whose property we offer.

Selecting the right apartment

We will offer you a project according to your requirements and together we will
select the most suitable apartment according to the layout, view and location in
the building.

Based on our experience and the online tools we use, we will calculate an
estimated return on your investment when managing short-term rentals.

Deposit payment and contract signing

After selecting the apartment, agreeing on the price offer and payment schedule,
the reservation deposit is paid to the developer and the contracts are signed.

Manual for all the necessary procedures

We have already fulfilled our dream and bought an apartment in Dubai. We have a
lot of experience in setting it up and arranging everything necessary. We have
written everything down in a MANUAL which we will be happy to give you for FREE.

Apartment inspection and handover

Before handing over the apartment, we will arrange an inspection and have the
developer repair any potential imperfections. Together with the developer we
will sort out all the energy supply connections.

We will arrange the handover of the apartment and give you all the instructions
so that everything goes smoothly.

Registration in the Dubai Land Department

Together with the developer, we will handle the registration in the Dubai Land
Department and we will send you the certificate of ownership, the so-called
Title Deed.

Apartment equipment for short-term rentals

You will furnish the apartment according to our manual. We know where to buy
everything cheaply, but with quality. If you want to leave the furnishing of the
apartment to us, that is not a problem either.

Apartment management and operation (Airbnb, Booking.com)

We will insure the apartment, arrange a license for short-term rentals and
manage it as a hotel through Airbnb and Booking.com. 

We have a great experience with this and most importantly we have a strategy
that works. This will ensure you a high return on your investment.
