I am very pleased with the technician that performed the annual maintenance on
our A/C and Furnace. He was very thorough and explained the procedure to me
before he started the process. He was very careful to wear the booties, so he
didn't dirty our new carpeting on the stairs to the basement, and more
importantly, he did a thorough maintenance job, even going above and beyond to
explain a few maintenance issues/items to me.

diagnose several problems with our furnace. He explained all of the issues well,
which helped us make informed decisions about how to move forward with our
furnace repairs. Very happy with the service call, thank you!

the furnace and fixing everything that was faulty. He was very patient and
answered all my questions. He was very knowledgeable and made sure that he did

Woke up this morning without hot water. Called Reliance after lunch for service
and was given a time of 4-8. Technician was here at 4:30. Asad replaced a couple
of parts and We had hot water!! Asad was polite and adhered to COVID protocol -
wore shoe coverings, mask and gloves. Very quick service and would highly
recommend!

doing. The entire new on demand hot water tank job was done in less than half a
day and i was really happy with his job and it also make my day go by stress

able to find the root cause. And before you know it the issue was resolved. They
are well equipped and thus can fix a wide range of issues without having to run

WARMING HANDS, FEET AND SOULS

Reliance’s Toronto office donated 400 pairs of socks and mittens to Covenant
House and Good Sheppard Ministries. These two organizations do important work
providing shelter, meals and social services to some of the most vulnerable in
our community.


HELPING OTHERS: BRINGING COMFORT TO SAULT STE. MARIE

Reliance has a proud, long-standing partnership with Habitat for Humanity. The
Sault Ste. Marie MooMoo donated a furnace to bring comfort and a warm future to
the deserving new home owners.


BARRIE MOOMOO STEPS UP TO CLEAN LOCAL TRAIL

The Barrie branch spent an afternoon cleaning up a local trail that many local
families frequent. It was a fun and rewarding afternoon reminding us that a
simple gesture can make a difference.


COMMUNITY CARING IN THE PALM OF OUR HAND

Reliance MooMoo Members donated 65 used mobile phones to the Canadian National
Institute for their Blind for their Phone it Forward Program. The program
accepts used phones that are securely wiped and loaded with apps for the
visually impaired.


KINGSTON BRANCH DONATES 900LBS OF FOOD

Partners in Mission Food Bank has been relieving hunger by distributing food
hampers to low income people in the Kingston, Ontario area. The Kingston branch
collected over 900lbs of food for the Food Bank to help address the food
shortage in their community.
