in the country. The UK business immigration services do not enable you to obtain
citizenship or permanent residence in the UK directly from these categories of
people.





SPONSOR LICENCE SERVICES

If you are an employer and want to sponsor a foreign worker, then you must
obtain a sponsor licence from UK Visas & Immigration. A sponsor licence is
required for all Tier 2 and Tier 4 visa applications. If you are sponsoring
someone from outside the European Economic Area (EEA), then it is also required
for Tier 2 visa applications.


SOLE REPRESENTATIVE VISA SERVICES

Sole Representative Visa – UK Visas

Sole Representative Visa is a work visa and a resident permit issued by the Home
Office to non-EU citizens who wish to start a business in the United Kingdom.
The main purpose of this visa is to allow foreign nationals to establish
themselves as sole representatives in the UK, with all rights and
responsibilities associated with that position.

Sole Representative Visa Requirements: In order for you or your company to be
granted this type of visa, there are some requirements that need to be met:

You must have at least £200,000 available; this amount will be checked by the
Home Office before being approved for an application; if your company does not
meet these requirements then it will not qualify for an application either;
therefore we recommend contacting us so we can help ensure everything goes
smoothly during this process.


STANDARD VISITOR VISA

The Standard Visitor Visa is for people who are not eligible for any other visa
and want to visit the UK for a short period of time. It is also appropriate for
people who want to visit the UK for tourism, family or business purposes.

If you are applying in advance of your trip, then you will need to submit all
documents online and pay the application fee at least 3 months before your
planned arrival date. If you apply within the UK on arrival, then there is no
fee involved, but there are additional requirements; such as proof of funds and
evidence that you intend to return home after your stay in the UK
