WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN DELETING A REVIEW AND COMPLETELY DISAPPEARING?

monitoring on your page. This way, if the same review is ever reposted, we will
have it swiftly deleted at absolutely no cost to you. If they create a new
account and repost the review, we will delete it again. Even if the same review
is reposted a million times, you do not owe us a single penny* to have it

ARE YOU GOING TO REACH OUT TO THE REVIEWER?

No, we do not contact the reviewer for any reason.
The reviewer has already said what they need to say (by leaving a review) so
there is no reason for them to be contacted... that would just stir the pot. We

WHAT IF I HAVE ALREADY TRIED TO GET A REVIEW DELETED AND YELP® SAID "NO"?

Even if you were told by Yelp® that they would not delete a specific review - we

Yelp has many different moderators who interpret reports differently. Review
moderators can be (and usually are) a pain to deal with. Just because one of
them said no, that does not mean the specific review can never be deleted...
because we get them deleted every day. Sometimes a report just needs to be
revised to provide more or less information.
