Location of your servers

A geographically-distributed repository system is based around storing several
copies of your data in different regions. Why is this important? Ensuring your
data is always stored close to your customers means fast and reliable data
access. And with Tebi you can choose the number of regions and copies in each of
them. There are currently 3 standard regions available, however you can send us
a request to add a new region and we can provide one in a matter of days.

In some cases, it is convenient to store multiple copies of data in one region
(for example if you are running a backup recovery system). If you store 3 copies
of the backup in one region, downloading in parallel, you can for example
restore the regular 1280GB Linode server in only 1 hour.

Live Replication

Tebi starts data replication to other regions as soon as the first batch of data
is received. This is much faster than the Cross-Region Replication feature of
classic object repositories, which usually create additional copies only after
receiving an entire object. They replicate objects within 15 minutes, but we do
it much faster.

Consequently, our Live Replication feature will spread the information much
faster as well. This is very beneficial for specific use cases. Learn more about

Up to 1.5s of global end-to-end latency is possible. Our DataStream technology
will help you deliver live streaming video content as quickly as possible around

LIVE VIDEO STREAMING

For competitions, concerts and any other events that you want to broadcast
around the world. Our Live Replication technology allows you to distribute data
as quickly as possible, reducing lag dramatically.


VR VIDEO

VR video files are much larger than traditional video. If your VR video files
are hosted in the US and your users are in Europe they may not be able stream
them directly from your server. This problem can only be solved by placing a
copy of your files closer to your users. This is exactly what Tebi does. It also
does it seamlessly and starts replicating and propagating files to your other
buckets even before you finish uploading them.


MEDIA HOSTING

Store any amount of media files, including photos, videos, and audio. You can
store an entire library. With Tebi it is convenient and accessible.


SOFTWARE DELIVERY

The trial period lasts for 14 days and includes 2TB of storage and 8TB of
outgoing traffic. This is usually enough in order for you to experience how

Can I get help when switching from my current provider?

Of course you can! Plans for $500 and $1200 even include a Personal Assistant
service. Our experts will help you with integration and make the transition
process as smooth as possible.

Are there any restrictions on the number of copies of stored data?

We store a minimum of 2 copies of your data to ensure high Durability and
Availability. The maximum number of copies is unlimited. You can store any
number of copies of data in any region. Whateveryour use case, we can find for
you a solution that fits.

What is Free Tier and Pay As You Go?

In the Free Tier you have 25 GB of storage (with 2 copies) and 250 GB of
traffic. This volume of services is credited every month for free. If you are
using more storage or bandwidth, you just need to pay for the amount that
exceeds the Free Tier.

With the Pay As You Go plan, you only pay for what you use. This is convenient
for small clients and for those who do not yet know how much storage and traffic
they need..

I have a lot of data. Can I get a personal plan?

You can, indeed! If you have more than 200TB of storage or more than 1PB of
outbound transfer, we can develop a customized plan for you. Contact us to learn
