   Since 2021 he’s leading the Research Department on Advanced Recycling in
   Fraunhofer Cluster of Excellence Circular Plastics Economy CCPE and since

   Panos is a BSc (hons) Biochemistry graduate from the University of Manchester

   Greece.
   
   He has secured >€2Mil funding to accelerate new material innovation programs
   for the risk translation of novel technologies through large
   industrial/academic ecosystems. He has held various senior R&D management
   roles and, in the process, co-invented >10 patents, whilst landing new
   product innovations in international and Greek consumer FMCG markets. He is
   also an assessor for UK Research & Innovation, and EU proposals.

   Ton Knipscheer is an independent packaging Business Consultant. He almost
   literally grew up surrounded by packaging material and machinery, as his
   parents ran several packaging companies.
   
   After an initial career in advertising, marketing and public-relations, he
   finally decided to follow his calling back into the packaging industry. He
   has held senior positions in the international packaging industry, including
   the Weidenhammer Packaging Group. First as General Manager of the Dutch
   operation in Dordrecht, than Global Key Account Director for the Pringles
   account and finally Customer Service Director for the UK plant in Bradford.
   He co-owned a reputable co-packing company (Interpak) from 1987 until 2018,
   which was focussed on direct food packing.
   
   Since 2016 Ton has been supporting various international packaging companies
   with business development, such as injection moulded plastics, paper cans,
   folding cartons and digital sealing and digital thermoforming. Ton serves on
   the board of the European Co-Packers Association, ECPA, as Executive
   Director.
   
   At the latest edition of Interpack, the largest global packaging trade show,
   he organised a panel discussion for ECPA. This panel discussion with 5
   international packaging experts talked about the sustainability goals for
   2025. An estimated audience of 100 international packaging professionals were
   captivated by the debate, which was Sunday afternoon.

   Dr. Jean-Paul Janssens (PhD Chem Eng) is co-founder and advisor of FRAMES

   responsible for managing Home and Personal Care category innovation. He was
   involved in new product development processes, spanning from insight to
   implementation, with the focus on consumer benefits, revenue growth and
   sustainability. The various categories he has handled during his tenure at
   Unilever included fabric & household care, skin & hair products and fabric
   conditioners.
   
   Jean-Paul has worked in Europe, South East Asia, North Africa and Middle
   East, his expertise ranges from R&D, formulation & product development,
   technology development, innovation processes, project management to strategy
   development. He has over 25 years of experience in various research &

   Geoffrey has a master’s degree in Life Sciences, with a specialization in
   biomaterial science, surface and fiber chemistry. After graduating, he joined
   the Sappi team to coordinate production teams and balance the system
   chemistry following significant process changes. After several years, he
   transferred his activities to the fibrillated cellulose team to maximize
   business potential by utilizing his fundamental understanding of fibers.

   He moved to operationally focused roles, scaling innovative technologies
   through operations in Asia, Europe, and the Americas for a company that was
   ultimately sold to CCL Industries.
   
   He then moved to general management roles, commercializing innovative
   products for Graham Packaging. Before joining AeroFlexx, Kevin was the CEO of
   Resilux, a traditional preform injection molding and single and dual-stage
   blow molding business.
   
   He is currently loving life. AeroFlexx offers Kevin the opportunity to make

ABOUT THE CONFERENCE





The 6th Annual Sustainable Cleaning Products & Formulation Conference will take
place on the 15th -16th of May 2024 in Milan, Italy. This 6th edition will cover
sustainability metrics, green ingredients, sustainable packaging, formulation
and hygiene and consumer impacts.

With advancements in biotechnology, more enzymes, probiotics, and biosurfactants
are becoming commercially available, shifting the industry towards new ways to
clean. With the sustainability efforts of most cleaning product firms focusing
on reducing environmental footprints. With growing concerns about sustainable
sources of raw materials, the Green Ingredients session covers important
developments.

The 6th Annual Sustainable Cleaning Products & Formulation Conference is a great
