verify forged Document
I was signed up to a loan contract I never actually signed. The finance company
are refusing to give me certain docs pertaining to the loan. On the loan
agreement they did send, it is docusigned. It has an envelope ID, but should
there be an IP address to track location or how can I prove it is a forged doc?

Formula to add business days to signed date
Hello, I have a query related to display of dynamic dates in the Docusign form.
We are trying to use FormulaTab field to add 3 business days from Date Signed to
display a date to the user. As per Docusign docs
(https://developers.docusign.com/docs/esign-rest-api/esign101/concepts/tabs/calculated-fields/)
we can use the formula to do basic date manipulation like AddDays([todaysDate],
3) but is there a way to do a bit more complex manipulation like add 3 business
days. And to follow up, while adding 3 business days skip holidays as well ?
Ideally we can generate new doc everyday with the updated date but I was hoping
we could avoid it.

My issue is that a client’s DocuSign requests are rejected as “The email account
that you tried to reach does not exist,” but regular emails to the same address
go through. Not sure why the DocuSign emails are being flagged as “wrong
address.”

Hi everyone, I need help for the 2 points below: Are all documents passing our
DocuSign account visible to everyone who logs in using the same credentials or
we can limit certain documents to visible to certain signers? This particularly
applies to employee contracts where we need controlled permissions. If documents
are visible to all, what is the cost of adding another user/account so we can
segregate confidential documents from the rest? Thank you for your help!

Can't see documents in chrome
When I click through a link in my email in Chrome, the link takes me to a
docusign page, but it is totally blank. This happens with all senders. When I
used safari it worked and I could see and sign the document. Chrome is my
preferred browser and it used to work. Screenshot of what I see is attached, and
this is where it just stops.

Replacement for expired link...
I am trying to access a document I signed May 3 this year 2024. I have the
original email inviting me to sign. I click this link and get the expired link
page. I have made multiple requests for a new link, but nothing arrives. I have
checked spam. I didn’t have an account at the time of signing but have created
one in case I could access the document that way but there is nothing available.
I also tried the access document link on the docusign.com homepage with the
security code in the email but end up in the same expired link no new link
provided by the request loop. Been at least three hours since first requesting a
new link. Is this normal? AK

Failed Access Email Notifications
We have been receiving Envelope activation failed email notifications from
DocuSign for applicants who successfully completed and signed their DocuSign
envelope. None of these envelopes were voided or re-sent prior to
completing/successfully signing. We don’t know why these emails are being
triggered by DocuSign. I confirmed with one of these members that they saw no
errors when they completed their DocuSign, it finalized/completed as normal. It
looks like maybe the member is trying to access the envelope or signed documents
and we get this notification?

Dynamic field sizes
Is it possible to create envelope templates that have dynamic field sizes? For
example, we have templates with static (text) field sizes that can include
anywhere between a sentence and a full page of text. Using a static field thus
can cause issues because the size is too small or otherwise too large (large
blank spaces). Appreciate any ideas/suggestions.

Multiples Signatures and Audit Trail
We have a number of senior stakeholders who need to be able to sign documents as
themselves and on behalf of the company. We know we can create multiple
signatures so each has a unique name AND the same secondary signature I.E. Jim
Smith and Joe Bloggs Inc. Another partner will have Chris Adams and Joe Bloggs
Inc. How do we select which signature is used when signing? Does the system
track which individual signed on behalf of the company in the Certificate of
Completion I.E. does it know it was Jim using Joe Bloggs Inc and not Chris? Can
we make a system level signature that all affected individuals can access
without all logging into the same account I.E a shared signature? Any assistance
greatly received. Jason

How I can customize the final email body?
Hello folks, Once the signing process is completed, all participants are
receiving email notifications with a message along the lines of: I would like to
inquire if there is any way to customize the contents of these emails. It
appears that the notification includes the phrase "All parties have completed"
and repeats the content from the last email, which does not look ideal. Could
you please advise on how I can modify or remove this repetitive text?

How do I cancel sending reminders
I invalidated an envelope, because this person keeps receiving reminders from
docusign, which is not needful anymore. This person still receives reminders
from docusign. Why isn't this canceled? And how can I make sure docusign stops
with sending these reminders? See the printscreen below, which says that the
envelop is invalidated at 19 januar 2024.

Signed documents not in my free account.
How do I find documents that others have sent me that I have signed? It seems
like my email may be associated to multiple accounts. The account that I can log
in to, 29922419, is NOT receiving documents that I signed related to that
associated email address. How can I make sure that 3rd party docusign agreements
sent to my email get associated to my active account? And can I archive other
signed docs into that account if I have the security keys for them? I can reach
\old documents from my email links but I would like them all collected in my
account.

Can't Find a Document I signed
Recently, I rented an Airbnb. The Lessor sent me a contract via Docusign. I know
I signed and returned the document but now I cannot locate it. I subsequently
opened a Docusign account attempting to locate the document but have been
unsuccessful. I checked with the Lessor and he said that he never sent such a
contract. I checked with Airbnb and they said that they never sent a document.
Can you please help me locate the document? Thank you!
