   It took them 20 days(they are open 6 days a week), 17 business days to
   rebuild a simple honda head and then when I went to pay they charged an extra
   $15 just to pay with card.  It was quoted at 2 business days.  If you're
   going to take 3 weeks, you owe the customer a discount.
   Went to put the head on the block to find they also lost one of the dowel
   pins as well along with the one that was returned to me was dented from them
   pulling it off with pliers/channel locks.
