I HAVE LIVED IN FIVE DIFFERENT PLACES SINCE I STARTED COLLEGE AND VIC VILLAGE IS
FAR AND AWAY THE BEST ONE. THE MANAGEMENT STAFF IS EXTREMELY KIND AND THEY ARE
WILLING TO HELP WITH ANY SITUATION AT A MOMENTS NOTICE. THE COMMON SPACES ARE
KEPT EXTREMELY CLEAN AND THE MAINTENANCE STAFF IS GREAT! THE AMENITIES ARE MY
FAVORITE PART OF VIC AND ARE WHAT SEPARATES IT FROM A LOT OF OTHER PLACES.
LIVING IN VIC HAS BEEN A TREMENDOUS EXPERIENCE AND I HAVE MET COUNTLESS FRIENDS
AS A RESULT OF IT!

STAFF HAS BEEN EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL, AND EASY TO DEAL WITH. WOULD DEFINITELY
RECOMMEND TO ANYONE IN THE MARKET FOR AN APARTMENT. THE APARTMENTS ARE CLEAN AND
THE BUILDING IS WELL LOOKED AFTER BY THE MANAGEMENT TEAM. THIS IS ALSO A GREAT
LOCATION FOR ANYONE LOOKING TO RENT AND ATTEND SCHOOL AT THE UNIVERSITY OF
MICHIGAN, SUPER CLOSE TO THE CAMPUS! 10/10 WOULD RECOMMENCED THIS BUILDING.

THIS IS BY FAR THE BEST APARTMENT ESTABLISHMENT IN ANN ARBOR. THE FACILITIES ARE
VERY HIGH QUALITY AND UP SCALE, AND THE STAFF/MANAGEMENT IS COMPETENT, AND
