2BR/2Bath condo with additional loft space for the kids, complete with a game
area! Not only is the condo set up for your enjoyment, but the location can't be
beat, upstairs from a coffee house, convenient to a sandwich shop and burger
shop, as well as upstairs from a gastropub. Enjoy the window shopping, just a
short walk to downtown Grand Haven and across the bridge from Spring Lake. There
is convenient elevator access to bring you to the condo floor, where you can
walk down the hallway right to the door.

This is your perfect home base! This spacious open-concept condo has been
updated and decorated with your comfort in mind. You can easily head out to see
the Musical Fountain, get some ice cream on the boardwalk, or a stroll to the
beach.

BR1: The room is appointed with a comfortable king size bed and cotton sheets,
with privacy on its own side of the condo complete with its own ensuite bath. It
has access to the balcony, where you can relax, have coffee on the balcony, or
sleep past the morning light, and close the curtains.

BR2: Perfect for kids, adults, or teens. The secondary BR is also appointed with
a comfortable king size bed and cotton sheets. It has convenient access to the
main bath across the hall.

The kids can enjoy the loft amenities upstairs. They have their choice to sleep
on one of the bunk beds (twin over full) and the enjoy good ol' fashioned family
fun in the game area.

All sleeping spaces have room darkening curtains. The bedrooms have large TVs
set up, and of course one in the living room - all with access to two streaming
services. The primary and living space have access to to the balcony, and the
loft has access to the upper balcony.

The kitchen is fully equipped to handle a family meal, or take the night off and
go enjoy a meal out. The dining space and kitchen island should allow for
seating for your meals. Enjoy a relaxing evening together in the living room, or
perhaps the kids will head upstairs and play while the adults chat in the living
room.
