TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE ALCHEMY AUTHENTICATION SYSTEM

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access and use of the Alchemy
Authentication System ("Service") provided by Alchemy Team ("we," "us," or
"our"). These Terms are distinct from those governing the Alchemy Hub script
("Script").

By accessing or using the Service, you (the "User"), defined as the individual
or entity utilizing the Service, agree to comply with and be bound by these
Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or
use the Service.


1. DEFINITIONS

Service: The Alchemy Authentication System, which verifies a User's identity and
authorization before allowing access to a specific Script.


2. ACCEPTABLE USE

You are prohibited from blocking, disabling, or interfering with the display of
advertisements served through the Alchemy Authentication System.


3. RESTRICTED USE

Access to the Service is only permitted under the domains alchemyhub.xyz and
sallyio.me.
If you encounter the Service on a different domain, please report it to
[con@salpy.cloud].


4. USER DATA

4.1 We collect a limited amount of User data to ensure proper authorization for
using the Script. This data includes:
- IP Address: Used to identify the User.
- Unique Identifier: A code generated by the Service to identify the User.

4.2 These data are necessary to verify your authorization to use the Script.


5. UNAUTHORIZED MODIFICATION AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

You are prohibited from:
- Inspecting or modifying the underlying code or functionality of the Service
through browser developer tools or any other means.
- Reverse engineering the Service to gain unauthorized access to its inner
workings.
- Violating the intellectual property rights associated with the Service,
including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and patents.

We reserve all rights to the Service, including its underlying code, design, and
intellectual property.



6. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any
time, for any reason, with or without notice. This includes situations where
you:

- Violate any of these Terms and Conditions.
- Engage in activities that harm or disrupt the Service or other Users.
- Provide false or misleading information.

In the event of suspension or termination, you may lose access to our Service.


7. UPDATES TO THE TERMS

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice.
By continuing to access or use the Service after such revisions are made, you
agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
