We are committed to respecting your privacy rights. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. It gives you important information about how we handle your personal information. This Privacy Policy covers information practices of websites that link to this Privacy Policy, including camdenliving.com and any subdomains thereof (collectively, the “Sites”). Websites that do not link to this Privacy Policy are covered by other privacy policies even if such websites are operated by or for Camden. This Privacy Policy is effective as of February 3, 2022 and has been developed with the recognition that applicable laws regarding privacy and personally identifying information, and the dissemination thereof, are evolving. If you register to use certain services available through the Sites using login credentials from an account you have with a third-party, such as a Facebook or Google account, you give us express permission to receive certain personal information from such third party, which may include (but is not limited to) your name, address, telephone number, and e-mail address. Additionally, we may always email you in response to your correspondence or in connection with any other transactions you have with us. We may use Other Information, which does not identify you personally, for any reason we deem appropriate, including for purposes of administering, protecting and improving our Sites and systems, to better understand the preferences of our Site visitors, to identify server problems, to compile aggregated statistics about Site usage, and to help personalize your experience on our Sites. SHARING PERSONAL INFORMATION We do not sell your personal information to third parties or disclose your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes, except as set forth herein.
