BEAUTIFUL HOTEL WITH WONDERFUL STAFF
We arrived in the middle of the night but the staff was friendly and ready
to receive us. Our room was beautiful with a breathtaking view from the
17th floor. The valet made it so easy to park and gave us clear and simple
instructions as to how we may retrieve our car in the morning. The room
service was perfection! The lobby also had a beautiful view and was not
crowded. We were so excited to have a Starbucks in the lobby! We can’t wait
to stay here again. Thank you!!!

WONDERFUL TRIP
We had the best time on this trip! The staff was incredible and we had an
amazing spa day. Our view was beautiful from the room and we spent so much

HIGHLY RECOMMEND
The hotel was amazing! We were upgraded because they sold out of our room.
The view was the best part. The restaurant in the hotel was good, the live
guitarist was amazing in the lobby near the bar and they had a Starbucks in
the lobby that was very convenient to the start of our morning. The
location was also perfect to all things Niagara. We will definitely be
returning to this hotel!

ANNIVERSARY TRIP
We had a wonderful 23rd wedding anniversary at the Marriott Fallsview Hotel
and Spa. We enjoyed our stay so much we ended up extending it and I wish we
extended it further. Everything was within walking distance, we enjoyed the
falls, the restaurants, the casino and our beautiful view from our room. A
king size bed, tub for two and a roomy separate shower were musts in our
search for a room and this was perfect.

NO PRESSURE LUXURY TREATMENT FOR ALL
The whole family had an amazing time! We have stayed here before and our
accommodations have always been comfortable with memorable views however on
this occasion there were noticable changes/improvements. From our first
interaction with the valet when we pulled up to our last interaction as we
left after check out our stay we felt pampered. Valets were very kind,
friendly, no pressure, no sales...that convinced me to get valet parking
for the first time ever...however they were nice and friendly long before
we decided on our parking arrangements. This was also the first time I used
a bellhop...I was never offered this before but on this trip the staff were
so nice, so informative. Every staff member we passed or made contact with
smiled and appeared to be quite happy. Our room was very clean and our
washroom was spacious with stand in shower. Our view of the falls was
priceless! We were on the 9th floor. We travelled as a group of four: 2
adults, a 2 year old an 11 year old. We typically come yearly to enjoy the
holiday lights however we are all excited to visit again in the new year!

AMAZING 2 NIGHTS AT MARRIOTT
Our stay was great. We stayed over the Nov 15th weekend. The valet service,
cleanliness and helpful staff made it my go to choice for next time, I’ll
even book with them in another city because of my experience at Niagara
Falls. We had an amazing view of the falls from our room. Got to see
fireworks from the room and all the lights at night. It’s close by to many
shops, the casino and restaurants. Valet parking is reasonably priced. Our
room was ready early and very clean and nice. The menu is conveniently in
the room and the parking guys were super fast when we needed our car. Most
places are walkable and it’s really nice that they have the light show
right now. It was mild enough to do a few excursions and we mostly walked
everywhere. Great time.

DISAPPOINTED
I am writing to formally express my disappointment with my recent stay at
the Niagara Falls Marriott Resort and Spa. As a loyal Marriott customer who
has exclusively chosen Marriott properties over the past five years, I have
always trusted the Marriott brand for its exceptional standards, comfort,
and service. Unfortunately, my recent experience fell short of the high
expectations I associate with Marriott.
While I appreciated the beautiful view and courteous staff, the quality of
the amenities and overall experience were not up to Marriott’s usual
standards. Firstly, essential items such as a toothbrush, toothpaste,
slippers, and bathrobes were missing from our room. I had to make multiple
calls to the front desk to request these items, which caused inconvenience
and disrupted our stay. Additionally, the toothbrush provided was of poor
quality and caused bleeding in both my partner’s and my own mouth.
Furthermore, the noise levels in the morning between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00
a.m. were exceedingly disruptive. It was nearly impossible to sleep during
these hours due to loud noises outside our door, which diminished the
restful environment that I have come to expect from Marriott properties.
I am deeply disappointed by this experience, as it does not align with the
high standards I have come to associate with Marriott hotels. I would
appreciate it if you could investigate these issues to ensure that other
guests do not encounter similar problems in the future.
