JUST HAVING SOMEONE TO TALK TO CAN MAKE A WORLD OF DIFFERENCE.

Enso Counseling Group was formed in 2021 by us, Kristy, Lori, and Scot. We
started a practice in Concord because we saw that there was a need for more
mental health care throughout the region. It is with that in mind that we
decided to address the concerns and form a group. We hope to be able to help
meet the needs for quality assessment and psychotherapy in the area.

I've spent the last 10 years listening to stories. Through my work in a
community mental health center, on an ICU, in an emergency department and most
recently, a primary care practice, I've listened and learned that there is no
greater force than that of the human spirit.

create a sense of fulfillment and passion for life. And we work to create
balance and resilience to face life's challenges with strength and greater

in navigating it. In counseling, I provide a warm, supportive and, at times,
challenging environment in service of your growth.
