The Office of the Prosecutor (OTP) of the International Criminal Court (ICC) has
opened a digital platform to enable people to submit complaints online to the
ICC with the option to add pictures and videos that show the crimes of the
Israeli occupiers against them for the court to consider them and to take a
stance against Israel. Those with information relevant to current events in
Israel and Palestine are asked to provide submissions. Information submitted
under this portal should relate to alleged crimes within the jurisdiction of the
ICC, namely War Crimes, Crimes Against Humanity, Genocide, or Aggression.
Anyone can submit information through the portal. You do not necessarily need to
be a victim or witness of the alleged crimes within the jurisdiction of the ICC
listed above. Information can also be submitted collectively or through an
organization (for example an NGO, your masjid, a church), as long as there is an
identifiable sender.

WHAT IS A "CLAIM"?
A “claim” is an official submission of an abuse which falls under the categories
under which the International Criminal Court has jurisdiction. These categories
are; War Crimes, Crimes Against Humanity, Genocide, Aggression.
WHO CAN SUBMIT A CLAIM?
Anyone can submit information using the provided electronic portal. You do not
need to be a victim or witness of the alleged crime(s). Please keep submissions
to the accepted categories (war crimes, crimes against humanity, genocide and
aggression). An organization can submit, but there has to be an identifiable
sender.
WHAT TYPE OF INFORMATION CAN I SUBMIT?
Information should relate to alleged crimes within the jurisdiction of the
International Criminal Court, viz. war crimes, crimes against humanity, genocide
or aggression. The submission may (but does not necessarily need to) include
information about a specific incident or a set of incidents, a specific crime or
a set of crimes, the place and time of any such incidents or crimes and details
on the alleged perpetrator and victims. The submission form prompts you for
relevant information.
CAN WE SUBMIT FOR OTHER PEOPLE?
Yes, but please have the evidence in support.
ARE THEIR SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR FAMILY, MEDICAL, OR NGO SUBMISSIONS?
No, there are no special requirements. Make sure there is one person they will
communicate with.
CAN WE SUBMIT THINGS THAT HAPPENED IN 1948, 1967 ETC.?
Please keep submissions to recent violations. The office will accept submissions
that are concerned with events post June 13, 2014.
HOW CAN I SUBMIT A CLAIM?
Please submit electronically using the <Submit> form on this page. Please write
in English or French, but if that is not possible, then you can submit in
Arabic, Chinese, Russian or Spanish. Include as much detailed information as
possible, and you can attach documents or videos in support.
HOW LONG WILL I HAVE TO WAIT FOR A RESPONSE?
Your submission is made direct to the offices of the prosecutor of the court.
You will receive and acknowledgement of submission which you should keep. While
the court will send you information when your claim has been initially
investigated, there is no time-frame provided as to how much time that will
take.
WHAT CAN I DO IF MY CLAIM IS REJECTED?
You will receive communications from the office. If you have more information
which you can submit, then the case will be re-evaluated.
CAN I SUBMIT ADDITIONAL INFORMATION TO MY INITIAL SUBMISSION?
Yes. Keep the acknowledgement you receive after the submission which will allow
you to add more information towards it.
