Avoid eating fast foods because eating more fast food can cause infertility to
increase from 8 to 16%. You should avoid pizza, burgers, fried chicken, instant
noodles, and chips, which lead to unhealthy weight gain.

Seafood also helps in improving your fertility. Research has shown couples who
eat seafood three times a week seem to have a high chance of getting pregnant.

Most women with high trans fat have endometriosis than those who have less.
Eating food rich in omega-3 acid, found in oily fish, protects against the
disease and reduces the 22% risk of developing endometriosis.

FOLLICULAR STUDY

Follicular study or follicular monitoring is the procedure of tracking the
follicle growth in a woman's ovary from the menstrual cycle beginning to the
time it's ready to release an egg. This study involves a series of scans to
assess when the mature egg will release and uterine walls will thicken.
Generally, follicular scans are advised to,

 * Examine the follicle count and the uterine lining's alterations.
 * Detects the ovulation period so that the timing of intercourse and IUI / IVF
   can be accurate.
 * Determine whether any given fertility medication's dosage is appropriate or
   has to be altered.
 * The procedure can also aid in locating any follicular growth issues or other
   ovulation-related issues.

Follicular scans are also recommended for women with PCOS who have irregular
periods and for women over 35 who have been attempting to conceive for six
months.

Follicle tracking takes a series of ultrasound scans of the vagina. It will take
10 to 15 minutes to perform the scan. The doctor monitors the growth of the
follicle and the thickness of the endometrium (the wall of the uterus).

When the follicle reaches 18-25mm, and the endometrium thickens more than 10mm,
it is considered normal for a successful pregnancy. Then the couples are
suggested to have intercourse. It aids conception by optimizing the timing of
the sperm and egg meeting.

There are two main categories of fertility-improving procedures:

 * Hysteroscopy


LAPAROSCOPY:

An advanced surgical technique called laparoscopy is utilized to identify and
treat different issues. It aids in the diagnosis of many infertility issues and
the treatment of certain of them.It involves making a small incision on the
belly and inserting a thin tube as part of a minimally invasive treatment. The
laparoscope is the name of the thin tube with a light and camera at the top.The
surgeon can quickly see any abnormal changes occurring inside the body. A tissue
sample also is taken occasionally to conduct a biopsy.


HYSTEROSCOPY:

A hysteroscopy is a therapeutic and diagnostic procedure used to assess the
uterus cavity and lining's morphology. We employ a viewing gadget with a light
and camera for this technique.A hysteroscopy is used to view the uterine lining
on the video screen. During this operation, the hysteroscope's tip is introduced
into the vagina and guided to the uterus through the cervix.A surgeon can
monitor potential abnormal changes in and around the uterus on the video screen
after the hysteroscope has reached there. In the hysteroscopy technique, various
infertility issues such as uterine adhesions, polyps, or growths can be
identified and corrected.

IUI- Intrauterine insemination IVF failure - ERA Testing IVF failure - PGS
Testing

IUI - Intrauterine Insemination is an artificial insemination for treating
infertility. IUI works by injecting sperm cells into a woman's uterus around
ovulation, bringing the sperm and egg closer together. By reducing the time and
distance, the sperm have to travel and make it easy to fertilize the egg.Before
the IUI treatment, women may take ovulation induction medications. Semen is
taken from a woman's partner or a donor. "Sperm washing" extracts concentrated
amounts of healthy sperm from the semen.The sperm is then directly inserted into
your uterus by your doctor.

Pregnancy happens once your egg has been fertilized by sperm and has implanted
in your uterine lining.IUI is an easy, low-tech process and the IUI treatment
cost less than other forms of fertility treatments. It increases your chances of
getting pregnant. IUI success rate high for couples IUI success rates range from
7% to 10% per cycle if you have two fallopian tubes, good eggs, and unexplained
infertility. Suppose IUI is used with fertility drugs, your success rate
increases by 15–25%.

PGS Testing ( Pre Genetic Testing): Genetic testing is an essential therapy
option for IVF patients. During IVF, preimplantation genetic testing enables the
screening of embryos before uterine implantation.Even when there is no confirmed
proof of a genetic defect in either parent, PGS is employed as a preventative
step to find chromosomal abnormalities in the embryo. The process checks for
chromosome location anomalies and chromosomal disorders like Down syndrome.
Parents with no known genetic defects and patients who fit any of the following
criteria might consider PGS:

 * 38 years or older female partner
 * Couples looking to transfer just one embryo
 * Couples who want to choose the gender
 * Loss of pregnancy in the past (recurrent miscarriage)
 * IVF/implantation failures in the past



ERA Testing(Endometrial receptivity array): Endometrial Receptivity Array (ERA)
is a genetic test that uses a small sample of a woman's endometrium to determine
the optimal day to transfer the embryo during an IVF cycle. The window of
endometrial receptivity can be one of the causes of infertility in women who
have had two or more unsuccessful embryo transfers after in vitro fertilization
(IVF). So, performing an endometrial receptivity analysis can be immensely
useful.Your doctor will perform a mock embryo transfer cycle before your IVF
cycle to get an endometrial biopsy. After that, this sample will be examined to
determine the best day for embryo transfer and endometrial receptivity. The
sample will be sent to a lab for molecular analysis to determine when it is
appropriate to try embryo implantation in a subsequent transfer cycle.
There are three possible outcomes:

 * Pre-receptive: If the endometrium is pre-receptive, it means that the
   endometrium is not quite ready to receive the embryo; thus, there may be
   better decisions than transferring it now.
 * Receptive: It was best to transfer the embryo for implantation when the
   endometrial biopsy was performed.
 * Post-receptive: The endometrium has passed the stage at which it was most
   conducive to embryo implantation



Your doctor will receive the test findings and information about your
endometrial receptivity. When your endometrium is receptive and prepared for the
growing embryo to implant, they can schedule your embryo transfer around that
time and make any required adjustments to tailor your IVF treatment.

PCOS
