subcontract worker opportunities, or to administer benefits on behalf of, or to
manage the employment relationship with our employees, we may collect personal
data including but not limited to:

 * Your name, title and contact information pursuant to you providing past
   employment or experience related information about potential candidates or
   candidates as a reference for a particular potential or actual candidate
 * Your name and contact information if you are listed as an emergency contact
 * Names, social security numbers, dates of birth, addresses and similar
   information of dependents/beneficiaries of employees, for purposes of
   employee benefit administration
