time slots may be added. Spring Health may cancel a session if there are less

preserve the intent of group conversation.

Note: WellSprings sessions do not apply towards the usage of your covered
therapy/medication management sessions.

ABOUT THE FACILITATOR

BJ CONSTANTINE

Facilitator
BJ Constantine is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, National Board Certified
Counselor, Master of Science in Counseling Psychology (Mental Health
Counseling), and Spring Health Clinician. He has extensive experience providing
clinical therapeutic services to military personnel and veterans struggling with
PTSD, anxiety, depression and personality disorders. BJ is a retired US Army
officer with nearly 40 years experience leading, training, counseling and
mentoring soldiers, civilians, and family members. Using a person-centered
approach to psychotherapy, BJ strives to assist others to improve their mental
health through empathy, trust, compassion, cultural sensitivity and
understanding. He believes hope, optimism and mindfulness are key to developing
or enhancing personal strengths and finding solutions to life’s challenges.
