window Ficolo access portal is not available for short period of time . This
affects to all customers that are accessing Ficolo systems through Ficolo access
portal.

Ficolo Access portal platform will be updated to recent version with improved
functionality and enhanced security.

Tasks:
-Preparation for the maintenance
-Perform upgrade actions to Ficolo access portal platform
-Overall test of environment functionality after the changes.

Maintenance Planned - Severity and user impact: Minor - During the maintenance
window the shared storage system will be updated one redundant storage
controller at a time.

There is periodical version upgrade for one of shared storage systems. During
the maintenance this shared storage system will be upgraded to recent version
with recent security patches and enhanced functionality. All Ficolo Shared
Storage and WS.IaaS Customers are affected by this maintenance.

Tasks:
- Necessary pre-checks for upgrade.
- Perform first storage controller version upgrade.
- Test First storage controller and confirm the upgrade was successful and
controller is functional
-Similar steps to second storage controller.

Ficolo Internet services, ie. DNS, NTP, SMTP for short period of time during the

Maintenance Planned - Severity and user impact: Major - Periodical upgrades to
certain operator NNI (Network-to-Network interface) switches will be performed.
The upgrade of the switches may cause short outage to customers NNI connections.
Maximum expected outage time can be few minutes per customer.

Please inform if you have any specific instructions for testing after the
changes, you want us to confirm? Alternatively, you can plan on making the tests
yourself once we confirm the maintenance has been done. Let us know if you
notice any unexpected issues after the maintenance is done.
